Taiji is fascia training

Our “Lian Gong Ba Fa” training module is an excellent exercise set with which we can stretch and rotate our ligaments, tendons, connective tissue/fasciae and muscle tissue in different directions. If performed regularly and correctly, this leads to improved physical well-being in all cases.

Who is fascia training for?

Fascia training is aimed at anyone who wants to do something good for their connective tissue: Fascia training not only relieves pain, but also has a preventative effect to maintain the balancing act between stability and flexibility. Elements from movement methods such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga and Pilates have had a significant influence on fascia training. The training itself consists of a combination of conscious breathing, springy movements and various stretches.
